Role description

  • Handle customer calls
  • Provide remote assistance and counsel in real or deferred time
  • Develop loyalty, provide information and advice on the products and services
  • Promote the advantages of these products and services
  • Where applicable, sell products to callers as required by BlueLink clients
  • Carry out customers requirements with constant enthusiasm and focus on ’service excellence’ via the ​telephone, email, mail, chat and social networks
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive understanding of the computer and office automation tools ​used at BLIA, including Microsoft Office, and of operations in the call centre
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive understanding of all the systems, products, procedures and ​policies of BLIA’s Client
  • Acquire and maintain a good understanding and use of Client’s tools and of any other necessary ​tools, such as, but not limited to, telephony systems, various relevant websites and applications
  • Acquire and maintain general knowledge of geography (capital cities and large cities and their ​location (country and/or continent), oceans and seas, location of islands)
  • Know the processes of technical and commercial handling
  • Maintain fluency in required languages other than English.
