Role description

• Providing consistent, timely and accurate delivery of accounts payable services
• Accurately verify and process all Purchase Orders, supplier invoices and credit notes
  
• Monthly creditor reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
  
• Supplier management
  
• Ensure all invoices are paid withing the agreed trading terms
  
• Daily preparation of payment runs
  
• Administration tasks on an ad hoc basis
  

Skills and qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a similar role (beneficial but not essential)
• W​ell-developed computer skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Excel and office suite
  
• Ex​cellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Hig​h level of time management and organisational skills
  
• Abil​ity to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Great​ attention to detail
