Lead and manage the overall supply chain operations, including import and trade sales, logistics, and inventory management.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics service providers, and OEM partners.
Provide regular reports and analyses on supply chain performance, including KPIs and other metrics.
Drive operational improvements by developing and implementing process optimization initiatives.
Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
Manage end-to-end logistics processes from 3PL & 4PL warehouses to customers, optimizing transportation routes, and carrier selection and delivery schedules.
Participate Quarterly Business Review meetings with OEM Partner with senior management to review performance metrics, including volume tracking, OEE, cost analysis, and NPD roadmap.
Conduct biannual stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Support NPD S&OP with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams, including tracking status, production planning, raw material procurement, initial forecast volume analysis and actual sales monitoring.
Manage 24-week rolling forecasts for OEM partners, including NPD schedules and machine maintenance schedules. Overseeing key raw material procurement with OEM partners
Mentor and develop team members, nurturing their professional growth and leadership skills.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of +5 years of experience in a supply chain management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
