Role description
Provide assistance to Head Office Team. Communicate with Warehouse Managers and Other Managers to help where possible with general enquiries.
- Maintain records, produce daily and monthly reports for accounting data
- Liaises with Korea HO on accounting data
- Warehousing report
- Stock operational management and analysis ( liaison with state / warehouse managers on request)
- Data entry
- Freight invoices
- Shipping agent invoices
Skills and qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Possess sound computer and office skills ( sound Excel skills )
- Excellent communication skills
- Work in a team environment
