Role description
TThe purpose of this role is to support end-to-end marketing activities in line with planned marketing strategy to assist in the achievement of business objectives and grow the LA COSMETIQUE brand.
• Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies, marketing communications and PR activities, both external and internal in line with deadlines
• Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and longterm business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
• Websites management & improvement, day-to-day onlinestores operations
• Calendar planning of connect with PR company and influencers
• SEO optimization and Google Keywords
• High Content creation for blogs, EDMs, products and website, arrange and post in timely manner.
• Responsible for tracking social media metrics and meeting agreed KPIs and budgets.
• Tiktok development, google ads, loyalty program management
• Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
• Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in timely manner
• Support the development and maintenance of internal tools and software such as Shopify ,dear, edm & loyalty software
• Lead and manage the marketing and communications with sales team, education and training team software, our system and up to date tools use instructions.
• Conduct research of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analysing and summarizing data.
• Support the business decision maker in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
• Support other areas of the business in their strategic and operational goals through marketing and communications awareness.
• Work consistently to develop the LA COSMETIQUE brand and image.
Skills and qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
•Prior experience in eCommerce website management is advantageous
Skills & competencies
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
•Basic understanding of graphic design and content creation.
•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
•Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
•Customer-focused attitude with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
•Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
